I found this on the web and tried it…its awesome and so easy to do, no espresso machine required!
It took less than 2 minutes to create and I already had all the ingredients in my kitchen – instant coffee, sugar and milk.
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons warm water
1-1/2 cups cold milk
Directions:
In sealable jar or container (I used a water bottle), combine the instant coffee, sugar and warm water. Cover the container and shake until it is foamy. Pour into a glass full of ice. Fill the glass with milk. Adjust to taste if needed. For the mocha people out there, try adding some chocolate syrup. It’s yummy, trust me.
